Should you use alcohol to remove the tackiness after each coat or just at the end?

Not after each coat. You should use the alcohol at the very end of the shellac process.

I like to use Nailtique to keep my nails hard and strong. If I put Nailtique over my Shellac is the Nailtique still effective?
